Refund policy

Recess
The customer has the right, within 10 working days from the receiving of goods ordered, to exercise the return right, that is to return the purchased goods to the seller and the resulting refund of the price. Communication via email is required: shop@medicalcannabis.ch. The exercise of the right of recess presupposes the return, in good condition, of the purchased products. The products must be carefully packed in order to protect the original wrapping from any damage, writing or affixing of labels. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded.

Damage during the shipping
We aren't responsible of any damage of the goods during the shipping. In case of damage please open a dispute with the courier.

Shipping
We ship the goods only once a week (usually Tuesday but it can be another day). We don't ship the seeds until the payment arrive in our bank statement (the proof of payment isn't enough anymore).
